The Burj Khalifa ‘At The Top’ entrance is through the Lower Ground (LG) floor of The Dubai Mall. Follow ‘At The Top’ signs from the main concourse. The Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro station (Red Line) connects via a 15-minute air-conditioned covered walkway. Allow 20 minutes from mall entry to the At The Top reception desk.

Taxis and Uber should drop off at Dubai Mall's Cinema Entrance, it's the closest entry to the Burj Khalifa check-in desk. From the Cinema Entrance, follow signs through the LG floor directly to 'At The Top' reception. This route is faster than the main mall entrance.
View on mapAt The Top on levels 124 to 125 operates 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily with last entry at 10:15 PM. At The Top SKY on level 148 operates 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM with timed entry every 30 minutes. Sunrise experience when available offers 5:30 AM entry. The Dubai Fountain shows visible from above run every 30 minutes from 6:00 to 11:00 PM.
The entire Burj Khalifa visitor experience is wheelchair accessible, from mall entrance through the high-speed elevators to the observation decks. Wheelchair spaces are reserved at key viewing windows. Staff provide dedicated assistance for guests with mobility requirements.
At The Top Levels 124 to 125: AED 169 pre-booked / AED 224 walk-in. At The Top SKY Level 148: AED 399 pre-booked / AED 553 walk-in. Sunset prime-hour slots cost the same but sell out fast. Children under 4 enter free. Tripventura offers skip-the-line combo packages.
Tripods, selfie sticks, and professional camera equipment are prohibited on the observation decks. Standard cameras and smartphones are welcome. Bring a microfibre cloth. The glass panels collect condensation and fingerprints that can ruin photos.

At the Top (floors 124-125): standard observation deck with outdoor terrace and telescopes. SKY (floor 148): premium experience with dedicated elevator, guided tour, refreshments (Arabic coffee and dates), and world highest observation at 555 metres.
Sunset slots offer daylight panorama plus city lighting up — most expensive, sell out days ahead. Morning (10-11 AM): shortest queues, clearest visibility. Evening (7-8 PM): see Dubai Fountain every 30 min below. Avoid midday for haze.
Advance online booking strongly recommended. Walk-in AED 220+ and often sold out by noon. Sunset slots sell out 3-7 days ahead during peak season (Nov-Mar). Tickets for specific 30-min entry windows. Free cancellation up to 48 hours.
1.5-2 hours total: 30 min security and elevator queue, 45-60 min on observation deck, 15-20 min exit and ground floor exhibits. Elevator to floor 124 takes 60 seconds at 10 m/s. SKY floor 148: allow 2-2.5 hours.
Dubai Fountain is directly below and fully visible from floor 124-125 outdoor terrace. Evening shows every 30 min from 6 PM to 11 PM. Aerial view from 452m shows full choreography with jets reaching 150m. No additional ticket needed.
