All adventure tours include complimentary pick-up from Abu Dhabi city hotels. Desert tours depart early morning between 6:00 and 7:00 AM or late afternoon between 2:00 and 3:00 PM. Mangrove kayaking tours depart between 7:00 and 9:00 AM for optimal conditions. You'll be collected in a 4x4 vehicle or air-conditioned minibus depending on the activity.

Adventure tours are available as day trips from Dubai with complimentary hotel transfers. Pick-up between 6:00 and 7:00 AM from major Dubai hotels and areas including JBR, Marina, Downtown, and Deira. The drive to Abu Dhabi takes 75 to 90 minutes. Return to Dubai by 5:00 to 7:00 PM depending on the activity.

Kayak tours are tide-dependent, so morning sessions are strongly recommended. CLYMB Yas Island has fixed opening hours. Sir Bani Yas Island ferries run on a set schedule; advance booking is required.
Mangrove boardwalk trails at Jubail Park are wheelchair-accessible. CLYMB offers adapted indoor skydiving sessions for guests with mobility restrictions. Desert 4x4 tours are passenger-based and accessible to those who can sit in a vehicle. Contact operators at booking to arrange specific accessibility needs.
Dune bashing requires passengers to be at least 4 years old. Pregnant women and guests with severe back or neck conditions aren't permitted on 4x4 tours. CLYMB indoor skydiving is open from age 3 but has a weight limit of 136 kg. Kayaking requires basic swimming ability and a minimum age of 6.
Outdoor adventure tours may be cancelled or rescheduled during sandstorms, heavy rain, or extreme heat advisories. Kayak tours are tide-dependent and may be rescheduled if tidal conditions are unsafe. Tour operators provide 24-hour notice of cancellations and offer full refunds or alternative dates.
